Compliance with legal requirements

There are two ways to become a qualified investor:

A. Automatically – no approval required

You are automatically considered a qualified investor if you meet any of the following conditions:

You are a bank, insurance company, investment fund, pension fund, securities dealer, central bank, or other financial institution.

You are a legal entity with equity capital of at least CZK 50 million.

You are a state or local government entity.

B. Upon request (opt-in regime)

If you do not meet the above conditions, we can request that you be classified as a qualified investor. However, you must meet at least two of the following three conditions:

You have traded on capital markets at an average frequency of at least 10 trades per quarter during the last year.

The size of your portfolio (including financial instruments and cash) exceeds EUR 125,000 or CZK 3,100,000.

You work or have worked for at least one year in the financial sector in a position requiring knowledge of investment instruments and markets.

Qualified investors can invest from CZK 1 million or

EUR 50,000.


The company is not subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank. The company's investment services are not intended for the general public. The company is registered with the Czech National Bank in the list of persons performing asset management comparable to management pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds ("ZISIF") .
